Hamiake Rentals Kenya is built around verified listings, clear landlord contacts, admin approval,
and simple reporting tools to reduce fake house listings and suspicious agents.
Tenant Safety
- Confirm the house physically before paying rent or deposit.
- Use the listed landlord WhatsApp number to ask for fresh photos, location hints, and viewing time.
- Do not send ID documents or private financial details to unverified agents.
- Report listings with fake photos, wrong rent, wrong location, or suspicious payment requests.
Landlord Verification
- Landlord posts go through admin approval before appearing publicly.
- Admin may request phone, email, payment confirmation, and listing proof before activation.
- Verified landlord badges are reserved for accounts that pass review.
- Listings can be removed when tenants report fraud or false information.
Payments
- Landlord subscription payments use PayBill 247247 and account 740532.
- For USDT, USDC, RLUSD, or BTC payments, request wallet details from admin before sending crypto.
- Send payment confirmation to admin on WhatsApp for manual account approval.
- Tenants should not pay deposits before confirming the house and landlord details.
Data We Collect
- Landlord name, email, phone number, subscription plan, and listing details entered on the website.
- Tenant report details submitted through the report listing form.
- Contact actions may open WhatsApp or phone apps controlled by the user's device.
- The current static MVP does not store secure passwords on a backend yet.
