Landlord Approval
- Landlords must register, choose a plan, pay and notify admin.
- The landlord dashboard opens only after owner approval.
- Posted vacancies still require owner review before appearing publicly.
Payments
- PayBill: 247247. Account: 740532.
- USDT, USDC, RLUSD and BTC payment details must be confirmed with admin before sending crypto.
- Send payment confirmation to admin on WhatsApp for activation review.
Data
- This MVP stores demo landlord and listing data in the browser local storage.
- A real launch should use secure backend authentication and database storage.
- Do not share passwords, ID documents or private financial details with unverified agents.
